HD Loader Deck pictured is rated for 2000 lbs. The deck is 66” wide (could be 8’) and is 94” long (could be 10’ long on a 6’ 6” short bed pickup) The HD LD allowed for the tailgate to operate normally when loaded and with a locking tailgate provides a storage VAULT.
The CARGO DRAWER is 48’ wide and 94” long with a cargo weight rating of 2000 lbs. The cargo drawer has a tempered aircraft aluminum structure with stainless steel bolts and 2” chrome steel double sealed ball bearings for a lifetime of service. We build for SHORT BED TRUCKS. COST $1795.00

The HD LOADER DECK, 66” wide to 74” wide and 76”long to 105” long with 2000 lb rating is custom built to fit your needs at $5995.00 There are approximately 30 TIE DOWN POINTS built in the HD LD that are not visible in this photo stream. Please search you tube for sturgis gerry piercey to see the 50 videos and tie down points. The DIAMOND PLATE ALUMINUM deck surface is supported by tempered aluminum ribs for even weight distribution ratings and secured with stainless steel fasteners. Your CARGO RATING NEEDS will be fulfilled with the following optional levels:
1) 3000 lb 8’ x 8’ rating cost is $6995.00.
2) 4000 lb 8’ x 8’ rating cost is $7495.00.
3) 5000 lb 8’ x 8’ rating cost is $7995.00.
4) 6000 lb 8’ x 8’ rating cost is $8994.00.
NOTES: a) evenly distributed load on DECK SURFACE.
b) rolling on a hard surface or on strips of wood/ metal.
c) cargo must also be secured to truck, not only DECK.
d) all safety instructions must be followed by driver.
DELIVERY NORMALLY 4 to 6 WEEKS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
